- Please send a screenshot of the problem along w/ brief description to support@pokerinspector.com.
Here's how to get a screenshot:
- Press <Print Screen>
(located at top-right corner of keyboard, on some computers it's labeled as "PrtSc", "PrtScr", or similar).
- Open any paint program.
(one included with Windows is at Start->All Programs->Accessories->Paint)
- Press <Ctrl-V> to paste the screenshot.
- Save the document as jpg or gif.
(if sending bmp file, please zip the file first since bmp files are quite large)
- Attach it to email and send.
- Otherwise, please provide detailed description of the problem so we can reproduce it on our computer.
- If you don't get a reply within 12 hours, please check your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder.
